Time zones
Time zone calculator and meeting planner
Compare cities, choose a meeting time and duration, and share each person's local time using the free visual planner or time zone table.
The time zone calculator and meeting planner helps you choose a time across different cities. Add your places, select a range, and see that same meeting in every time zone. You can use it without an account.
Add your places
Search for a city or region and choose a result. Add up to six places, then drag their handles to arrange them in the order you want.
The green dot marks the default city. The date and time fields use that city's time zone. To change it, open another city's menu and choose Default. Moving a row changes its position, not the default city.
Choose a date and time range
Set the meeting date first. Time differences can change with daylight saving time, so use the actual date rather than a difference you remember from another month.
Enter a start time and duration, or drag across a lane to select a range. The default duration is 60 minutes. Drag either selection handle to resize the range, or drag its middle to move the whole meeting. Click outside the selected range to clear it.
Every place updates together. Below each city's UTC offset, you can see the selected start time, end time, and duration in that city's local time.
Compare visually or in a table
The Visual view puts cities in stacked lanes. The Table view puts them in columns next to UTC. Switching views keeps your places and selection.
Highlight hours uses green for the 09:00–18:00 working period, yellow for morning and evening, and red for night, with gradual color transitions. These colors are a guide to local hours, not anyone's confirmed availability. Turn the toggle off for plain rows.
The 24-hour toggle beside the view tabs switches between AM/PM and 24-hour time. It starts with your browser locale's format and also updates the meeting text.
Copy the details or share a link
The Selected meeting text area contains the duration and each city's local date and time range. Edit the wording if needed, then choose Copy text to paste it into an email or message. Check the dates as well as the times when participants are on different sides of midnight.
The comparison link at the bottom reopens your places and selected range in the current view. Use its copy icon or select the link in the input to copy it manually. Edits to the meeting text are not included in that link; copy the text separately.
Comparing times does not create a booking or send invitations. To let people book from your available hours, follow the guide to scheduling across time zones.
